Dust off your credit cards, the recession’s over!

Apparently we’re out of the double dip recession. Woo-hoo, well crack open the Veuve Clicquot, dust off the Harrods store card and order a limo for the weekend. Yeah right. We’ll all be doing a careful juggling act with the finances for a good while yet Dave.
